So why not start submitting to them and enjoy the traffic that they will send you, and not only that but they will also increase your back links and search engine rankings.

Great list. I love getting those links out there. I belong to many already but there are a bunch here I never heard of. Only changes I would make would be to add BlogEngage. Very similiar to Mixx and gives me more traffic than some of the ones you have on there like Kristy and SpicyPage. Also I would put Reddit right up top with Digg and StumbleUpon. I would put it in that category. Depending on the post, I can get more traffic from Reddit somedays than all others sources put together.
