One of the best ways to promote your online business is viral marketing, using this method you will have hundreds of people doing all your promotion for you. There are many techniques on how to use viral marketing some will work and some wont. All you have to do is choose the correct method for your business.
I have come up with some viral marketing techniques you can use:
Create an ebook. Creating an ebook is a great way of viral marketing. You can place your affilaite links in the ebook and allow people to rebrand it. This gives people an extra incentive to promote your product and spreads your product with very little effort from you.
Use videos. Creating videos either informative ones or funny ones is another great way of viral marketing. Watermark each video with your URL and post on sites like Youtube.com. Funny videos tend to get picked up more than any other.
Start a joint Venture. Joint ventures are excellent ways to gain exposure. Their are thousands of people that will be willing to donate products in exchange for sign ups to their mailing lists. That means thousands of people promoting your joint venture websites and most jv`s have the option to promote special one off offers to your members.
Run a Contest. Running a contest is another way of getting a buzz for your business. Offer cash prizes or free advertising to entrants that send you the most traffic. These are just a few of the ideas that we use for our websites and products. Using one or all of the above methods will bring you lots of traffic and hopefully if done correctly lots of sales.

The idea with joint ventures is people will submit to you their products for you to giveaway to your members. For your members to get the products donated they have to join the donators mailing list.
