5. Use clickbank and other affiliate programs to sell your ebook. Getting others to promote your ebook is a great way of increasing sales.
6. Contact joint ventures and ask them if they will add your ebook to their websites.

Great advice, one thing that I have never actually done is tried to hit up the big giveaway contests such as the rising stars giveaway or easter JV giveaway, I will have to get in on one of those now that I have a free ebook of my own to give out.
