Have you considered creating a video blog?
With the rise of podcasting, sharing videos and all the social networking websites isn’t it time you considered it, I know I have. In this article detail a few of the tools that will turn your blog from a plain old text base site into a buzzing video blog.
Online Internet Video
Making online videos available to viewers on your blog can be as simple as adding a little bit of code to your posts. YouTube has hundreds of videos all free and the code needed to embed them on your blog, but this method of blogging really takes off when you create your own videos. Most videos cameras can turn any one of us into film makers. Recording yourself demonstrating your products or showing how other things work can produce an excellent fan base for your blog.
If you don’t like being on camera then use a software program called Camtasia, this is an excellent tool for making web capture videos then just add your voice to the video.
Online Internet Audio
Audio is another great addition you can add to your blog. When using audio you have the option for the audio to play automatically when your blog loads or you can offer it as a downloadable podcast…
Either way, audio lets you provide your listeners with speeches and interviews.
Instant Delivery vs. Archived Delivery
The best way is live video or audio streaming as this gives your viewers a better sense of involvement. If you are unable to offer live streaming at the moment then add some of the already available live streams to your blog. Always give your readers the option of viewing online or downloading as too many downloads will put them off.

Yes! I am one of the many that has started up a video blog as of recent! It’s a great way to express yourself! Even though I still use the traditional online blogging method, I also have a video blog for when I really want to project and animate my stories. Being able to see someone’s reactions and facial expressions while video blogging is a new, and seemingly increasing, way to blog!
Personally, I use Kyte TV as my medium for video blogging. It’s a great application! You basically create a channel and produce shows on that channel! [just like a tv!] Tools like web cam, video player, audio and text, among other tools, offers users the abilities to create a unique and interesting show every time.
The feature I like the most, aside from the web cam, is as soon as you create a show, you and your viewers of your show can instantly chat about it on your channel! [just like instant messenger!] In addition, you can embed your channel onto your myspace, facebook, or anywhere else you’re able to — basically wherever you’d like to share it with friends and new audience. Furthermore, there’s a mobile application that can be installed onto your phone — giving the user the ability to chat and produce shows on-the-go!
If anyone who’s looking to start up a video blog, I’d definitely recommend checking out Kyte TV

I just took a quick look at what jwong was saying and it looks like it will be a neat tool to use. I would like to investigate a lot further as well.
