Over the next few weeks we will be posting our series on generating traffic using Yahoo Answers. This method is one of the simplist to use and it will cost you absolutly nothing. Why not start by subscribing to our RSS feed so that you dont miss any parts of this series.
Each week we will provide an easy to follow step by step guide to using Yahoo answers to grow your traffic. You will be amazed just how much traffic it can send you and just how easy it is. So lets begin with registering an account at Yahoo answers. If you use Yahoo messanger you can use your messanger I.D and password to login.
Now that you have an account you can login in and start editing your profile. It is imortant that you fill out as much as you are willing to share in your profile page. You will be able to decide how you want to be contacted by other members if it all. I recommend you allow contact only through Yahoo answers. Be sure to upload your personal avatar as this helps to brand yourself.
Get Familiar with Yahoo Answers
Before you start rushing off and answering questions it is a good idea to make yourself familiar with the website. On left side of the homepage you will see a list of categories, this is where people will post their questions.
It is also where you will go and choose the questions you wish to answer. It is possible that the niche you are going to answer questions for will require you to use several of the categories.
Make sure you know what website or product you will be promoting before going answering questions this will make searching for unanswered questions a lot easier.
Once you begin to answer questions you will notice that below where you enter your answer their is a second box called `resource` this is where you will enter the url you are promoting.
