It comes with a backend Product Manager plugin which helps you easily add, edit, and modify product information using the Wordpress administration area.

Those are really awesome plug-ins but I'm no longer using All-In-One. In fact, it has already been replaced by its successor, Platinum SEO and packed with more goodies. I used to use the EXEC-Pho plugin, but I find it easier to just create custom themes for individual pages. Thats one of the best native features of wordpress.
