Twitter - How to Become Popular

So how do you get started building a large following on Twitter. To begin start following some of the more popular members in your subject. Then look at who they are following and follow them, you will find that the majority will follow you back.
This is a good thing but it gets bigger and better than that. If you where to post something really good and they pick it up it can very quickly spread. So let’s answer the main questions you see being asked about Twitter.
How do you build a network?
This can be the hardest part about Twitter. Begin by have an outstanding profile image, link to your blog and a very short but eye catching description.
Start to follow people as most will check out your profile and hopefully follow you. Make all your tweets interesting don’t just tweet any old rubbish.
If you want to post about what you had for tea then wait until you have a large following. The main aim at the start is to build a good reputation. Once your followers grow the more will come naturally.
How do we make the most out of Twitter?
Well to be honest god only knows. Just remember to post great content that is what people are looking for. If you see something interesting on other blogs then tweet that as well posting others content can gain you followers as well.
Imaging the power of having the ear of loads of authority figures and then when you post your latest blog entry then all pile in to read it! And it’s not just that they all pile in to read it - it’s that they read it and if they like it then they stumble it and digg it and add it to delicious. Imagine the size of that extended network? Imagine the sheer traffic that would drive to your blog?

Interesting read, it’s hard to have an entertaining post when there’s a word count limit. I’d say the key to success is networking, look at Scoble for example. His twitter popularity came from having a successful website to begin with.

Building a network of followers is certainly the hardest thing on blogging, even on twitter or another social media network. You need to share good content to your profile and this way you will start getting followers…
I enjoy with Twitter but i don’t receive any traffic with it. why?

This is interesting approach and I was actually thinking about the same lines what to do with tweeter.
At first all I saw in it was a messenger toy for teens but if used properly it can turn into great marketing tool.
