wordpress upgrade
Just noticed that my wordpress admin panel was showing a new version of wordpress is available
“WordPress 2.6.2 is available! Please update now.”
There are not many changes, but it’s an important security fix and is must for blogs which allow new user registration. You can upgrade it manually OR using one click upgrade plugins available in wordpress plugins directory. You will be required to give FTP permissions for automatic wordpress upgrade plugins.
I will not be doing it now as I don’t allow new registration. Lets wait for the new big release Wordpress 2.7
