Cyber and AI Bootcamp 2 – An Inspring Week for All

Cyber & AI bootcamp, cohort 2 delivered some amazing projects over the course of 5 days in February at GLOSCOL

The Bootcamps are the brainchild of Chamber Cyber Executive, Rob Stemp and set up with help from Cynam, Barclays Eagle Labs and the College, This week was supported by volunteers from the Uni and many local businesses, including Chamber Members.

The bootcamp was an amazing success with great feedback from the students.

But a successful small business is not all about the right marketing approach so we also discuss money tips and cost-saving efficiencies particularly when it comes to staff and premises. Too many small businesses take on the big financial commitment of a swish new office and expensive warehousing facilities when there are much more cost-effective options for businesses such as office space in a small business hub or self-storage instead of a warehouse. Equally it is no longer necessary to take on all staff as permanent employees as many people prefer the flexibility of freelance work and remote working.
