New business office space available

Wychavon’s new small business hub – The Pillar – has officially opened.

Five units have been created within the Civic Centre in Pershore to support the development of new start-ups and micro businesses.

Units are fully furnished and offered on flexible terms with all costs included in the rental fee. There are two meeting rooms available within the hub, a breakout area and kitchenette, with access via a dedicated door, as well as air conditioning, free parking and a high speed, reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Businesses will also be able to access a support package of business advice and grant funding from the Worcestershire Growth Hub, and advice from Wychavon’s in-house economic development team. The hub is one of Wychavon’s promises in its corporate strategy to support the growth of the local economy. Interest is strong with two of the five units being let before the hub officially launched.
