This is an incredibly long running podcast, available on both Spotify and Apple Podcasts, which covers a wide variety of fields and industries, including aerospace and defence, digital transformation, life sciences and renewable energy.

It offers insights on change management, prioritisation, leadership skills and building teams that are high performance to project managers in a wide range of roles. Amongst the recent topics that they have covered are the idea of project fatigue and how things like the Covid pandemic and issues in the supply chain can be a major contributor to this.

Projectified

The official podcast of the Project Management  Institute (PMI), this podcast, which is hosted on both Apple Podcasts and Spotify looks at hot topics and trending ones from the global world of project management in just about every industry.

The hosts offer their own take, alongside that of their guests on every aspect of project management and look at things like whether we should be using AI to help with day-to-day workflow. Recently they have also considered the importance of making the wellbeing of team members a priority.
