We have passed our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Surveillance audits with flying colours!

We are delighted to have passed our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Surveillance audits by LRQA. These happen for two years after re-certification. We are now preparing for the three year full audit later in 2023 to ensure we retain these accreditations.
Quality and Environmental are at the forefront of our operations at Blue Print Direct Mail, priding ourselves in the quality of our work. Certification to the standards help us to ensure we have robust systems in place to help us deliver excellence to our customers ensuring they are satisfied. Our systems are also the subject of ongoing continual improvement, based around our objectives set by senior management and key performance indicators in place. We also pride ourselves in our efforts to help us reduce our impacts on the environment with all our cardboard waste being baled and any plastic and paper waste being recycled among other initiatives.
